COVENANT-PROVISION-INDEMNIFICATION AGAINST LOSS
[Covenantor] expressly agrees to indemnify [covenantee] against loss from any and all further claims, demands or actions that may hereafter be brought against [covenantee] by [covenantor] or by anyone in [his or her] behalf, for the purpose of enforcing a further claim for damages sustained by [covenantor] in consequence of [description of accident].
